During a press conference held today. Governor Sisolak announced the closure of all schools in Nevada effective tomorrow, Monday March 16th. As a result, all students are to remain home. Staff will be asked to stay home tomorrow unless contacted. Administration will contact staff to schedule meetings to coordinate preparations for the school closure. Lowry HS honored the Winnemucca Police Department for 25 years of assisting Ms. Patterson in our Health Program. Officers Shea & Rangel were in attendance.
We also would like to extend a thank you and good bye to Ms Patterson as she enters retirement. Her dedication to the health program at LHS is very appreciated.
