Let's stay healthy, Tigers! Mrs. B has created workouts that can be done from home with movements that students have learned in their weekly PE class. Why is exercise important? Exercise can help boost antibodies and white blood cell counts. It also helps keep our mind healthy during stressful or uncertain times by lowering stress hormones. We hope you will workout together as families and stay healthy together! These workouts were made to be done together as a family. Post a picture of your family working out together and tag Sonoma Heights so we can join in on the fun!
