Hi Grass Valley ES Families!!
Teacher Appreciation Week is coming up on May 4th-8th this year. Although we have been away from school for awhile, we still want to show our teachers how much we appreciate all their hard work during the school year and during this distance learning adventure we've all been on.
I have an idea to show our teachers how our kids are doing their school work from home. The next time your kiddo is sitting down to work on their virtual lessons, take a couple of pictures and send them to me. I’ll be making a collage of all the students’ hard at work, appreciating the teachers’ virtual teaching efforts!
If for some reason you cannot get a picture of your child doing school work, you can send over another picture you have on hand. I know the teachers miss all their students dearly and would love to see their faces!

Please email your photos as soon as you can to my email: kholden@hcsdnv.com and include your child’s name and teacher in the email so I can make sure it gets to the right teachers.
