WJHS Theatre isn't just acting, it encompasses many things. We learn teamwork, how to be confident when speaking publicly, how to write content that others will enjoy, how to perform and so much more. The Theatre class has 29 eager students who are understanding all the work that goes into being a producer (among other roles, since we're pretty low budget).
To learn about Broadcast Communication, students were able to choose one of three projects to take on: 1. a News program 2. a Youtube-like channel or 3. a Talk Show. Groups were formed, scripts were written, rehearsals were followed by filming. Our young producers are moving to the final stages of editing.
We have so much talent in these wonderful people!
